When using a pdfmyurl conversion tool to convert your document or documents for free, you acknowledge and agree that pdfmyurl may insert advertising or logo material into the file(s) resulting from the conversion process.

You hereby agree not to: submit to the SERVICE for conversion to PDF format illegal, unlawful, oppressive, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, racist or otherwise objectionable documents or other material of any kind or nature; submit to the SERVICE for conversion to PDF format documents that infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including without limitation such rights under the law of patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets; nor submit to the SERVICE for conversion to PDF format any documents or other material which contain or include any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious malware intended to cause damage.
