Enterprise license

An enterprise plan is a tailor-made plan that we setup to meet your specific requirements, whether it's for your volume or any other requirements you may have. These plans will typically consist of one or more servers that we set up specifically for your company and a custom SLA that describes the service level that you require. Below you'll find some of the most common requirements that we've encountered in the past.

If you're interested in discussing an enterprise license then we'll be happy to setup a phone call with you to discuss your requirements. Please send us an email to inquire about details.

Volume requirements

We have extensive experience in PDF creation, because we've been in this business since 2008 and are creating more than five million PDFs per month. We can therefore work with you to determine the amount of server capacity you would need if you know what kind of volume you require. We will know if you need one server or several in a load balanced landscape.

We will guarantee the volume that your license will be able to handle in your service level agreement. You can therefore rest assured that your meets will be fully met!

Custom requirements

Our service is very versatile and contains many options already, but still we notice that there are companies out there with very specific needs. We are open to work with you in meeting these needs - even if it requires development on our end.

Some of the custom requirements we've realized in the past - and are therefore already available as options on an enterprise license - are below. Any other requirement can always be discussed.

  • Your own subdomain for PDF conversion
  • SSL access to your own domain
  • Custom API parameters
  • Custom PDF storage
  • Custom PDF post-processing functions
  • Custom workflow setup

Custom hosting location

Our own landscape is hosted in the USA, but we have several customers for which we have setup servers in other parts of the world. Reasons for this can be for example to improve latency or to comply with data protection regulations.

Currently we offer servers in the following locations, but we are open to using a different provider if you need a different location.

  • Atlanta, USA
  • Dallas, USA
  • Fremont, USA
  • Newark, USA
  • Frankfurt, Germany
  • London, UK
  • Tokyo, Japan
  • Singapore, Singapore

Support and setup time

Our enterprise plans come with a custom SLA that describes your service requirements as well as your support requirements. Our response time is typically within one business day, but we've partnered with a hosting provider that offers 24/7 monitoring for our servers as well.

Setup time for one or more private servers is one business day after payment and the minimum contract period is three months. If you have custom requirements that require development on our end then we'll discuss the timeframe with you upfront so you know what to expect.
