What kind of support do you offer?
We offer technical support via email for all our customers. Custom support is available for enterprise clients with an SLA. We respond to all technical questions the same business day or the next. In most cases you'll have an answer from us the same business day.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in our members area or via a simple email to us. Our payment provider also gives you an account management page where you can manage your subscription.
On how many sites can I put the 'save as PDF' link?
You can set up to three domains in our members area and the link will work under all subdomains under each one of them. All sites under those three domains, including the subdomains, are covered.
If you need more than 20000 PDFs/month, then you can increase your limit in steps of 10000 PDFs at a price of 59USD per month. You can do this yourself in our members area.
